The transition from hospital to home is critical. N-Care’s Post-Surgical Recovery Program provides the specialized Nurturing and clinical support required to accelerate healing, prevent complications, and restore independence, all within the safe and familiar environment of the client's home. We ensure a seamless Network transition from the operating room to the home setting, reducing stress for the client and family.

Delivered by experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Caregivers, this program focuses on three essential pillars of acute recovery, transforming the post-operative period into a structured, comfortable healing phase.

Customized Care Plan: Developed in consultation with the hospital discharge team and the client’s surgeon.

Preventative Focus: Daily check-ins to monitor vital signs and surgical sites, significantly reducing the risk of costly and disruptive readmission to the hospital.

Family Education: Comprehensive training for the family on how to support the client safely once N-Care services are reduced or concluded.

Discrete Service: Staff adhere to the "Guest in the Home" protocol, providing high-level care with minimal intrusion, maintaining the client's privacy and Dignity (Noble).
3. Premium Pricing Structure (SAR)
Post-Surgical Recovery services are typically scheduled in intensive shifts or daily blocks to cover the critical periods following discharge. Pricing is based on the level of clinical skill required (RN vs. Caregiver) and the frequency of visits.

Covers the administrative time for our Clinical Manager to liaise with the hospital, prepare equipment, and schedule the initial home visit immediately upon discharge. |
Note on Pricing: All pricing includes the necessary disposable medical supplies (e.g., wound care kits, gloves). A tailored quotation will be provided after the surgeon's orders are reviewed and the home environment is assessed.
