This is N-Care’s flagship service, offering continuous, high-acuity medical care for clients with complex clinical needs. Designed as a safe, dignified, and technologically advanced alternative to long-term hospitalization, this program ensures that patients with critical conditions can remain at home, surrounded by family, without compromising safety or clinical quality.

1. Core Service Description

The Intensive Home Care Program is supervised by a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager and delivered by a rotation of SCFHS-licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) with certified experience in Critical Care (ICU/ER). This service is built on our Noble standard of clinical excellence and supported by Next-Gen remote monitoring technology.

Diligent site care, tube cleaning, securing, and management of complications. Staff are certified in emergency airway management, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Noble

Infusion Therapy

Skilled administration of complex medications, including IV antibiotics, TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition), pain management, and hydration via peripheral lines, PICC lines, or central ports.

Network

Post-Operative & Recovery

Dedicated wound care, pain assessment, management of drains (e.g., chest drains), and meticulous infection control protocols to accelerate recovery.

3. Premium Pricing Structure (SAR)

N-Care operates on a premium, transparent fee structure reflecting the specialized skills and continuous clinical oversight required for ICU-level care. Pricing is dependent on the complexity of equipment, required staffing ratio, and clinical skills needed (e.g., ICU-RN vs. General RN).

Description

Skilled Care (12 Hours/Day)

18,000 – 25,000 SAR

Suitable for clients needing high-level clinical care during daytime or sleep hours, with a family member covering the remaining time. Includes one dedicated RN.

Continuous Care (24 Hours/Day)

30,000 – 45,000+ SAR

Comprehensive coverage requiring a dedicated team (2-3 RNs) working rotating shifts to ensure zero lapse in critical care management.

Technology & Monitoring Fee

1,500 SAR (Monthly Add-On)

Flat fee for access to the N-Link app, remote monitoring dashboard, and 24/7 Tele-Consultation line.

Initial Clinical Assessment

500 SAR (One-Time Fee)

Mandatory in-home assessment by a Clinical Manager to determine the precise needs, staffing level, and safety requirements.

 

Note on Pricing: The final rate is customized following the Initial Clinical Assessment to ensure alignment between patient needs and professional staffing ratios.
